Great location right on Gwangalli Beach, with lots of bus routes, bars, and restaurants close by, and about 15 minutes walk from the metro station. My room was clean and modern, with a very spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. Tip: try to get a room at the front of the hotel for a beach view!

The hotel was beautiful. The lobby spacious and stunning. Very helpful lobby and reception staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. Some mould around the tiles in the bathroom. The maids were very friendly and obviously hard working.
It’s a bit ridiculous to have to pay to use the hotel swimming pool (and more again to buy a swimming cap for the indoor pool). It cost £15 per person for use of the pool. Not worth it especially if you have a family to pay for.
